Shipping and Delivery

All Orders are shipped from within Australia

We charge a flat standard shipping rate of $75 on each saddle shipped Australia wide (unless otherwise stated).
We aim to have all orders shipped within 2 business days
All orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be shipped the following business day.
Tracking will be forwarded to you via email, once your freight is booked.

Lost or Stolen Orders

Your order will be dispatched via courier and a signature will be required, we suggest supplying a shipping address that has someone available during business hours.   We cannot be responsible for your orders being stolen from your door should you not be available to sign receipt of your order.  Please ensure you provide an appropriate delivery address during business hours such as your work address to help reduce your liability.
